1. Overview

This website is operated by DOMUS SAVAGE ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. By visiting the site, signing up for our messages, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or sign up for our messages.

2. Products and pricing

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Jewelry is small and reflective, so colors, sparkle and scale can look slightly different on your screen and in person. Sizes are stated in centimeters; please check the size chart before ordering.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We may limit quantities, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. Preorders

Items marked "Preorder" are produced after you order. You are charged in full when you place a preorder.

The shipping estimate shown on the product page when you order is an estimated ship date, not a delivery date, and it is not guaranteed. If we are unable to ship within that estimate, we will email you with a revised date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

4. Orders, payment and taxes

You agree to give current, complete and accurate details for every order, including your email address and shipping address, so that we can complete your order and contact you if needed. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details. Sales tax and shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Shipping and international orders

We ship to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to that address.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing in the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can add time to delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under the Refund Policy posted on this website at the time of your order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, such as one use per customer or an end date. Unless we say otherwise, a code cannot be combined with another offer, applied to a past order, or exchanged for cash. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

8. Text message (SMS) marketing terms

The program. DOMUS SAVAGE sends marketing text messages, such as launch alerts, offers and cart reminders, to people who have signed up for them.

How you sign up. You sign up by entering your mobile number in a signup form on our website or by choosing text message marketing at checkout. By signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from DOMUS SAVAGE at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Cost and frequency. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any of our text messages to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing texts after that. You can also email us and ask to be removed.

Help. Reply HELP to any of our text messages, or email domussavage@gmail.com.

Your number. You confirm that the mobile number you give us is your own. If you change or give up that number, please unsubscribe first or tell us, so that messages do not go to someone else.

Delivery. Text messages are delivered by mobile carriers and may be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons outside our control. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your text message opt-in data or consent, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

9. Intellectual property

The DOMUS SAVAGE name, logo, product designs, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to access it by automated means in order to buy or reserve products, or to submit false information.

11. Third-party services and links

This website runs on Shopify and may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide this website "as is" and do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOMUS SAVAGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
